Biography
Louise Ryan was born on the Wirral peninsula in 1970. She moved to London with
her family in 1980. Having lived in both Manchester and Ireland, she now lives
permanently in North London with her two children and her father.
Through the years Louise has battled to recover from a serious motorcycle accident
in 1992 and bouts of depression. However, although caring for her two young
children and her father, who is a sufferer of bi-polar disorder, Louise has found
solace in pursuing her career as an artist. "It isn't a case of expressing myself, my
art is part of myself that I feel compelled to give to others."
Having completed her Fine Art Foundation course which she passed with
Distinction, Louise is currently studying for her BA(Hons) at the London Metropolitan
University.
